Information We Collect
When you submit an estimate request or snow removal booking request, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, project or service address, project description, preferred dates and contact preferences, and any photos you choose to upload.
How We Use It
We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare estimates, schedule work and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information.
How Your Request Is Delivered
Form submissions are sent to our business email. We use an email delivery provider and Cloudflare services (including spam protection and website hosting) to operate this website. These providers process data on our behalf.
Retention
We keep request information only as long as needed to handle your request and meet our business and legal obligations. Requests are delivered to our business mailbox, where they remain until we delete them. If email delivery fails, a temporary copy of the request details (without photos) may be kept for up to 14 days so that we can follow up with you, and is then deleted automatically. Technical records used to limit abuse contain only a one-way hash of your network address and expire within minutes.
